got-fight-forrest-griffinI really wasn’t sure what to expect when I picked up Got Fight? by Forrest Griffin, but I figured at least it would be interesting and it was truly better than I expected.  While it may not be up there with the philosophy of Plato or even Bruce Lee, this hilarious “self-help” type book seems more in the lines of an autobiography mixed with the type of advice a woman would find in Cosmo, but for fighters.  In between all of it, Got Fight brings deep messages that will resonate with the modern fighter.

If there was one complaint about the Atama Mundial #7 gi, it was the all red embroidery on the shoulders and pant cuff.  Atama took note of customer feedback and redesigned the color scheme on their brand new gi, the Mundial #9.

Gracie Combatives DVDsI have just finished watching one of the few television commercials that has ever left me feeling stunned, shocked, and initially completely confused. Basically, I am confused. Let me explain:  It's late, and I'm up shooting out emails and the television is on for some background noise. Dane Cook is doing his stand up routine on Comedy Central, but I’m not really paying attention.
