In 1971, when a little boy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil attended his first class of Jiu Jitsu, he couldn't imagine where his father was bringing him.  The skinny 9 year old boy became a student of Grand Master Mansor and won many medals at the state and national level.

On some occasions he even received his gold medals from the special hands of Grand Master Helio Gracie.  The boy became a man and now, after 39 years of experience and dedication, fighting and organizing tournaments, Professor Milton Regis or Miltao, as his friends like to call him, will receive from the International  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation and the United State Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation the 4th degree on his black belt.  And to make the ceremony even more special, he will have the honor of receiving the certificates and the belt from his professor.
